Automatic Renewal

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend services for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will provide notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Receptionist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Receptionist from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

• Extended inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
